We are currently anticipating the year’s next major tech event as Apple recently wrapped out its iPhone 14 series presentation. On October 6, Google is preparing to present its most recent Pixel hardware announcement. Even though Google I/O 2022 isn’t until three weeks from now, we do know that the firm will reveal its most recent Pixel 7 series. This was confirmed by the search engine giant at a prior gathering. Here is what we currently know about the Pixel 6 series, as suggested by the renders.
According to reports, the ordinary model will have two rear cameras, while the Pro version will come with a triple rear camera configuration. On the back panel, users will notice the typical Google logo. According to the video teaser Google gave about the impending Pixel 7 series, the smartphones will come in black, white, and coral colors.
The Pixel 7 and the Pixel 7 Pro are the two versions that Google is most likely to reveal. The new smartphones will look a lot like the earlier models, according to the company’s video teaser. The sensors are now in a different location, but there will still be a horizontal camera module on the back of the phone. The ultra-wide-angle sensor will be combined with the primary camera. Additionally, a third camera—rumored to be the telephoto lens—will be mounted independently.
Perhaps the rear camera module should be more noticeable. The video doesn’t show the front of the Pixel 7 series, but we can probably expect it to have the same punch-hole display as the earlier devices. The regular model, it is claimed, will be smaller than the Pixel 6, while the Pro model would keep the same screen size. The Pixel 7 could have a 6.7-inch panel with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, while the standard model might have a 6.3-inch screen with a refresh rate of 90 Hz.
For its next high-end phones, Google is not likely to employ Qualcomm’s newest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The Google Tensor chipset, which is in its second iteration, will power both devices. The Pixel 7 series will probably come pre-installed with Android 13 OS. The battery is unknown, however, it is anticipated that the next models would have bigger ones. Google is also anticipated to enable rapid charging technology.
According to rumors, both the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will include 50-megapixel Isocell GN1 primary camera sensors. It might be equipped with a 12-megapixel Sony IMX381 ultrawide sensor, similar to the Pixel 6 series. The 48-megapixel Samsung GM1 telephoto sensor may be the additional sensor used in the Pixel 7 Pro. A Samsung 3J1 sensor with 11 megapixels may be used for selfies.
There is currently no confirmation of the Pixel 7 series debut in India. Given that Google ceased releasing its flagship models in India a very long time ago, it is unlikely that it will enter the Indian market. The Pixel 4, Pixel 5, and Pixel 6 series never made it to the nation. The company only offered the inexpensive Pixel-A line of phones. There is a possibility that Google would choose to introduce the new Pixel 7 series in the Indian market as well. After a few weeks, this will all become clear to us.
